From an investigation of the limits and expansion of the photographic medium, the experiment, the game, and the accident are an essential base of the material universe of the artist. Margot focuses on pieces of experimental photography, as well as installations and drawings that start from the photographic and extend to other media. On a conceptual scale, the projects seek to return subjectivity to the center of scientific models, mechanical systems, and knowledge structures that are present in our daily lives. Margot emphasizes intimate technologies, the organic and complex evolution of time and matter, and the philosophy and speculation of science as creative tools.
